ANNETTE CLANCY entered the Staffing Industry in 1979 with industry giant Kelly Services. She later moved to Pennsylvania and joined Advantage Staffing, a $60M regional staffing operation, as Regional Operations Manager.
Annette became part of the Seminars By The Sea/International Staffing University, consulting team in April 2000 to assist in the startup of two southern California staffing services (specialty and clerical).
Annette is the Sr. Trainer/Instructor for International Staffing University, as well as Consultant. Ms. Clancy conducts classroom and live web classes on: Staffing Coordinator, Full Service Staffing Account Manager, Staffing Sales, Onsite VOP Manager, Staffing Management, and Direct Hire. She specializes in Medical Staffing, Medical Recruiting, Home Health Care and Home Care.
In addition to her training background, Annette provides consulting and training services to Home Care and Medical staffing services franchise operations/start-ups. Annette is considered one of the leading staffing industry experts in Medical and Home Care staffing.

- Managed service operations for 15 Kelly offices (mentored new service managers)
- Directed the start-up of eight Kelly branches
- Grew a Kelly branch from 238/hr-wk—3,000/hr-wk in 1½ years
