Jonathan Paul, Vice President/General Manager
JONATHAN PAUL is a staffing professional and consultant/trainer, formerly principal of CU Staffing and Career Partners (outplacement consultant firm). Jon joined Seminars By The Sea - International Staffing University in January 1998 and currently consults and manages the internal operations and marketing.
Jon's staffing classroom/web training, presentation and writing expertise includes staffing industry manuals in Sales, Emarketing, Vendor On Premises, Service Desk Sales, Generating Direct Hire Placements, as well as numerous webinar presentations in Sales Management, Gross and Net Profit Generation, Recruiting internal and external staff, Interviewing and others.
With over 40 years of business experience – 20 years in the employment industry – Jonathan provides business savvy gained as a staffing General Manager, Outplacement Business Owner, Regional and Branch Manager, Trainer/Teacher, Consultant, Recruiter and Sales Executive with such business standouts as CU Staffing, Search West, and Career Partners.
Mr. Paul, author of The Job-Finders Companion, has also earned a Master of Science with Distinction, from California State University, and Teaching Credentials from the University of California.
