LEGAL STAFFING (LSP)

The Legal Staffing Certificate Program is designed to prepare students to acquire the skills necessary for an entry-level staffing position specializing in legal placements.

Those placements include: attorneys, paralegals, legal secretaries and other law office personnel.

Legal staffing is one of the fastest growing sectors of the staffing industry The demand for skilled legal professionals is soaring nation and worldwide. Most all of the largest law firms in the country claim to utilize at least some staffing services. Currently, legal staffing revenues are estimated to be in excess of $3 billion in the USA alone.

Students in the LSP program will learn basic skills necessary to launch a career in Legal Staffing

Program of Study
The 54 credit Legal Staffing Certificate is offered as a distance learning program.

A completion of all required coursework, a final exam with a grade of 76% or better and an 80 hour Internship in a staffing company (or completion of a comprehensive research project) are requirements for graduation.

Applying For Positions & Finding Your Place On The Team: 80 Hour Internship (or Research Project) 6 credits

  • Admission Requirements: Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
  • Tuition & Fees: $6,000 / Distance Learning Program
  • Payment Options:

    • 100% payment in full prior to start of 1st course– 10% discount ($5,400) or
    • 50% tuition ($3,000) is due prior to start of program.
    • 25% tuition ($1,500) is due 30 days after the start of program.
    • 25% tuition ($1,500) is due 60 days after the start of the program and prior to graduation.

    Student may pay tuition by check (US $) or major credit card:

    Master Card, Visa, Discover or American Express.

    Scholarship Programs:  Students may qualify for a $1,500 scholarship made available by one of our many donors. Request for scholarship aid should be included in application.
