The Professional Staffing Management Credential Program is designed to provide staffing company managers, owners or those on a management track with 21st century “best practices” skills to manage their staffing companies most effectively.
The most important areas that a successful staffing manager must handle with excellence include internal staff management, business building, recruiting/placement services, and operations management. Each of these areas is covered in our courses through web-based education, assignments, lecture, and discussion with instructor and classmates.
The final five (5) unit consulting assignment will tie all of the coursework together through a 40-hour "consulting assignment" and final report that will provide the student and his or her staffing company an applicable best practices management framework that can be used successfully in the future.
Program of Study The 25 credit Staffing Management Credential is offered as a distance learning program. Completion of all coursework, assignments, final exam, and consulting assignment with a grade of 76% or better are requirements for award of the Credential.
