MEDICAL STAFFING (MSP)

The Medical Staffing Certificate Program is designed to prepare students to acquire the skills necessary for an entry-level staffing position specializing in medical placements.

Those placements include: Physicians, Nursing, Allied Health, Med/Dental Office and Bio/Lab personnel.

Medical Staffing revenues in the USA have been growing by 18-20% per year in recent years.

Students in the MSP program will learn basic skills necessary to launch a career in Medical Staffing

Program of Study
The 54 credit Medical Staffing Certificate is offered as a distance learning program.

A completion of all required coursework, a final exam with a grade of 76% or better and an 80 hour Internship in a staffing company (or completion of a comprehensive research project) are requirements for graduation.

MSP 110: MS Job Order Taking Skills

MSP 111: MS Skill Matching: Best Fit Candidate To Job

MSP 112: Handling Rate/Fee & Other Negotiations with Clients

MSP 113: Customer Service, Retention & Expansion

MSP 114: Sales & Marketing in MS Staffing

MSP 115: Preparing Yourself For Entering The Staffing Industry

Applying For Positions & Finding Your Place On The Team: 80 Hour Internship (or Research Project) 6 credits

Payment Options:

• 100% payment in full prior to start of 1st course– 10% discount ($5,400) or
• 50% tuition ($3,000) is due prior to start of program.
• 25% tuition ($1,500) is due 30 days after the start of program.
• 25% tuition ($1,500) is due 60 days after the start of the program and prior to graduation.

Student may pay tuition by check (US $) or major credit card:

Master Card, Visa, Discover or American Express.

Scholarship Programs:  Students may qualify for a $1,500 scholarship made available by one of our many donors. Request for scholarship aid should be included in application.
